On 5/19 when the management knew that the 7 pm showing of Downton Abbey New Era in theater # 2 was not working, why did the management not come and MOVE the 32 people to the 7:30 showing? We got a free ticket but re-scheduling is not working!!

Probably because the 7:30 showing was already pretty full and didn't have enough empty seats in the theater to do that.
