If they have been there more than like 2 or 3 days. They can declare residentcy and after that you will have to go file an eviction notice

If there name is on the purchase or rental agreement, then you will have to go to your local courthouse and explain your situation. If they don’t live there at all, you can call your local police and have them removed from your property. You should even be able to trespass them if you choose too.
