No. Not in the sense i think you mean. They are walk in. They operate very much like any other casual restaurant. I'm sure you could call ahead If you're worried about availability, but I'm sure you'd be okay to just walk in.
I don't think they technically take reservations, but you can call a head and let them know how big of a party you have and roughly what time you'll be there and they'll take your name down, and try to make sure there's a spot for you and company when you get there, if there's not they will do what they can to get you a spot as quickly as possible.
