Want to cut to the chase in finding the best mattress at a competitive price? Do you want to support a local business in doing so? In case of warranty issues, do you want a business to go to bat for you instead of having to do it yourself? Skip the rest and go to the best! Gregg Wilson didn't have to plug my information into a tablet to recommend mattresses for me to try. He knows his products! He listened to my concerns, learned about my sleep habits, and based on my particular situation, recommended mattresses accordingly. When I laid on the mattress I ultimately purchased, I could tell an immediate difference in it from the rest and felt it was the one. And if not? They have a satisfactory return policy. I chose an adjustable base. Gregg didn't try to upsell me a base that had more features than I needed or wanted. But get this. When he found out that I would have to wait a few weeks for the base to come in, he said, "I don't want you to have to wait on your mattress. I'm going to upgrade you to a base that we have in stock." And an upgrade it was! Talk about stellar customer service!!! The next day, I had a couple of questions. Even though Gregg wasn't there that day, Nick was equally helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with my sales experience, and Gregg is to be commended. I bought my mattress/base on a Wednesday. Delivery was scheduled for Monday between 4-8pm. (Very nice for people who work.) Talk about a seamless experience. The delivery men called before they arrived, they had on masks (which was a nice courtesy, since masks are optional now), it was pouring rain, but they wiped their shoes thoroughly and when I handed them towels, they dried themselves off and everything they could on the mattress packaging. Talk about mannerly! "Yes, ma'am; yes, sir." They had to go around several tight corners to get to the bedroom. They were extremely careful in bringing the mattress in and positioning it--not one doorframe or piece of furniture was hit by them or the mattress. I was very impressed by that. Heck, I was impressed with this whole experience--if only every purchase could be this easy and perfect! I looked on my paperwork to see if the delivery men's names were listed, but they weren't. I do hope management or the owners will look up my information and recognize the delivery men in some way. I am enjoying my new mattress, and Beautyrest Sleep Gallery has earned a customer for life. Thank you!
