I received his last check in March which is a month behind ! Am I in titled to a death benefits for my father that lived with me confused !!!!!!

Death benefits are only payable to surviving spouse, dependent child, or disabled child. He should be due the check paid in March.

Calif social security told me i wasnt intilted to his check for the month of march because that the month he passed
