As with any situation, you need to be smart, keep your eyes open, and be alert. Don't run with earbuds in both ears. I have walked at 5:30 a.m. with a friend and never seen anybody that would give me pause. Just be smart.
I'm not sure. If I did, I'd certainly steer clear of the back side. It secluded and could be a cause for concern.
Hi Oscar. The park is relatively safe. There is rarely anyone else out at the park before daylight, and the west side of the path is very dark and somewhat secluded. I suggest keeping a flashlight and mace on hand just in case. There are benches for resting spaced out pretty reasonable as well. Happy trails!
While running in a new unfamiliar spot, don't blast your headphones so loud you can't hear what's going on around you.
Just be careful
Yes
Always be vigilant and know your surroundings but this area is good there is construction going on so some of the park is not accessible at this time hope your run is good
Well there not working there at 5 am! And you should be good around the whole park it's all blocked off except the sidewalk to walk on!
