during this time are we allowed to walk in and look at the jewelry before we decide to get a piercing?

You definitely can. When you get to the studio, there are clear instructions at the door. If we hit the maximum capacity in our lobby, we will have a stand out that has further instructions on texting us to get in the queue. Once we text you its your turn, you can come in. You have 5 min to enter so there's no hold up for the clients behind you. Once inside you will talk with a piercer (not a counter person) who can answer your questions and direct you to jewelry we suggest. Please feel free to bring in reference photos :D

To enter the shop, you have to text the number and be put on a waiting list. When you receive a text back, you have 5 minutes to enter the store. No walk-ins are allowed with a text. I went on August 1st, and this was the policy then.
