You can drive around the park and see some of the sculptures but would definitely miss some of the cooler features of the park. I believe someone with a walker could enjoy the park and there are lot of benches and medium sized walls that can he rested on if needed.
You can see some of the park from a car. There's a wide, level sidewalk. I've used a walker in the past and I think someone using one would definitely enjoy it.
