U definitely need to hire help. I have a quaker parrot who's a baby and not enough vets anywhere I move too. How do u even maintain ur shop w those hrs unless your product is over priced.

I have always found the people here to be knowledgeable, kind and always make time for their customers. I'm not sure what issue you take with their hours, but I have never had a problem making the time to go when they are open because the level of care they have for me and my birds is worth it and their prices are great. Even grooming prices are a steal for how gentle they are and how they trim and they always seem to be able to get my birds in in a timely manner. I have lived all over the US and have visited MANY bird shops and Exotic Birds is and has always been my favorite, because of the owner and his staff, because they have such a love for birds and care about bring their bird owners the best products and services they can. So even if I had an issue with their hours, which by the way most small business everywhere are having to adjust right now to be able to stay in business, mine included, it is well worth the small inconvenience to plan my trip accordingly.
