You will NEVER get a call back. Staff is terrible and don't care about patients. Keep calling till you get through. Or better yet, find another doctor!
The DMC is a behemoth. I visited them physically to set up my appointments and make payments
I apologize that it has taken them so long to get back with you. I would continue to call but also ask to speak to a higher up person. It should not take them that long. Are you trying to make an appointment? I have used this location for some years now. Dont give up, if you are able, go up there and complain as well.
