One of the employees responded on facebook but not the owner. The latest is that they're still doing electrical repairs and that the employees aren't getting paid. Regarding packages and subscriptions I believe she said that they are going to do their best to make sure everyone is satisfied. Whether that will mean refunds or extensions, idk. The custys posting on Facebook are speculating the shop may have gone out of business and several people shared some bizarre customer experiences. I don't know what's going on but I hope they will refund me. The worst part is I left my watch there the last day they were open and nobody has responded to my messages about it 😡
We have been open for 2 weeks already. Come in we will be happy to see you all! @nycbestseller if it is a gold watch it was found!!!! And is currently in a drawer but we didn't know who it belongs to.
