Absolutely wonderful customer service! I was so impressed. The person at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The salon was very clean and the AC felt great after walking around in the heat and tanning. The beds were nice too. Highly recommend!

I’ve been there 3 times.The staff is nice. But not going back because the equipment is very old. Some of the beds broken partly (air fan doesn’t work or water spray doesn’t work), and vertical rooms…goodness they are from 90s I believe. I just don’t feel safe using these machines. I get used to other level machines. If they would change and fix the equipment I would keep going there. The salon is nice, clean, prices are fine. But again, the equipment scared me off.

This tucked away little shop has always treated me well. The staff are consistently high spirited, and my total experience has never been more than 25 minutes.

It has been open for two weeks already
One of the employees responded on facebook but not the owner. The latest is that they're still doing electrical repairs and that the employees aren't getting paid. Regarding packages and subscriptions I believe she said that they are going to do their best to make sure everyone is satisfied. Whether that will mean refunds or extensions, idk. The custys posting on Facebook are speculating the shop may have gone out of business and several people shared some bizarre customer experiences. I don't know what's going on but I hope they will refund me. The worst part is I left my watch there the last day they were open and nobody has responded to my messages about it 😡
The owner is doing electrical repairs. As soon as he informes me that we will be open again I will put it on our FB page to let everyone know asap.
We do not have whitening spray
