Yes you can have pets. There is a pet deposit. Many people here have pets.
No I don't think so. U can always call the office to talk to Teresa to ask her on Monday. There are tenants who's been here a long time who has pets but new tenants can't have pets. I think they changed the rules. It won't hurt to call her to find out for yourself. I know she can explain it better than I can.
