They were very caring, friendly and helpful to me. I did not feel judged at all for needing help. They were very glad to be of assistance. They have already called me about the backpack program for the next school year! I signed up when my son was little and now he is in high school. I asked if he was too old for the program and they said they go through 12th grade, just the supplies are different of course.
