I am moving out of state and want to find out if my Xfinity Service can be moved into another household members name. The automated system will not allow me to speak to a representative to find out this answer. So frustrating!!

Go into the store they are amazing in there and have helped me out numerous times. I dont trust the call system

Yes! It can be transferred to person's another name and it definitely can be accomplished at the retail store.
