Absolutely! The towers and other play areas are fun for all ages so feel free to enjoy the playground with your children.
Yes you can but there are some very tight spaces. There are plenty of places that are easy to access too.

Im from San Antonio Texas and we have a nice park like this there and what would be really nice is if there was a little train that went around the park like back home that everyone could ride that would be awesome

You can! Beware, there is one particular tower closer to the water play area (the opposite end tower from the tallest tower) that will trigger your claustrophobia if you have it. Combine that with the heat and you could possibly trigger a panic attack. I made it through by breathing and very gently urging my 5 year old ahead of me to keep it moving. Worth it though. I would say the easiest tower to access for adults would be the tallest tower. Nice, breathy space with stairs. Prepare for a great workout.
