How come I ordered every day and it's right but a new girl starts and she can't distinguish between a egg and cheese McGriddle and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit really how hard is it

I think whomever starts something new it's very easy to mess up... it comes almost natural, especially when they have to deal with someone that don't allow mistakes😊😉

To be honest when you get a new person at the window or inside and used to seeing the same person you get your order right.when it comes to new person it could complicated when they just started and might not be aware of what to do or how to place the order correctly. It happens in fast food,can be retail when you buy an item with sensors and cashier forgets and sometimes people are nervous. I had a similar situation at an Applebees last week and I said I bet they were new,the person said it was his second day.
