Generally, its first come...they at times will reserve.. if you have a group, call first....
If you have a group of 6 or more they do take reservations, and you will need them if you have a group
You can't make reservations and there's usually a bit of a line however the cafe a couple of Doors Down almost always has at least a table for a couple.
Only if you have a large party. Otherwise you can't.
