I brought my 82 year old dad in today for a haircut and shave. I described to the barber, Cristian, that my dad likes to be able to comb his hair back and that we just needed him to look more tidied up maybe an inch or so off the top. Way too much was cut off, and I never said anything about the sides but the barber decided to take off a lot. It was also not blended well, you can clearly see some parts sticking out and not comibng over. I can add photos later. I also found it odd that card payment was not accepted, and that I had to pay the Barber directly from zelle. Was also expecting a straight razor shave not electric, but decided not to let him do a straight razor on my dad since it looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Felt more like a large chain hair salon experience instead of a barber shop.

Can’t speak on the actual cut since the customer service was so rude before I could come in. My appointment was canceled without warning because I missed a text from the barber saying I had 30 minutes to pay an invoice. When I tried to reschedule and pay the invoice this time, my appointment was immediately canceled.
