Go into the store and talk to customer service. If anything ask to speak to a manager. Their customer service is definitely willing to do what ever it takes to make sure you are happy...

Go to customer service. If the scanner scans the wrong price or you scan too many just ask associate that is near frontend to help. That is why they are there. They don't only direct customers to empty scabbers.

To dispute a transaction, your best bet is by going in person to the store you purchase the items take the receipt with you to Customer service if they can not help you with your situation ask to speak with a manager.
