Why you waiting for 40 min, common sense please!
Sometimes that location can get swamped and it's easier to find out the price by calling at you different AutoZone for instance there is one on Touhy that is open 24 hours just a block west of Western. And they're pretty quick to answer and regarding the battery it may be more cost-efficient to go to a junkyard they purchase vehicles that were damaged and accidents and have brand new batteries you could get a battery that is no more than 6 months old and is there because the rest of the car was totaled and they cost a quarter of the price of a regular battery and they come with the warranty. Something to think about
Best times to call would be early mornings after they open. They get very very busy at this location. I have had the occasional left on hold or hang up. Some of the staff really try and go the extra mile to help most patrons.
Sometimes it happens
They probably had other customers, leave the phone call for another to attend and forgot about you !
If you call get ready fir a lengthy wait that is if they don't hang up on you.
The economy is bad
