We follow applicable laws and health guidelines for the jurisdictions we operate in. On February 28th the mask mandate in the state of Illinois was lifted. At that time we updated our guidance to make masks optional for our Team Members and Customers. We’ve never had a vaccine requirement for team members nor for customers as we did not offer Dine-in during the pandemic.
Was going to stop by here for lunch today. When I saw that you're forcing your employees to wear masks, i thought better and passed the location by. Remove the mask/vaccine mandate and I may stop by
Our locations follow local laws and health mandates around the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff is screened when they check in, including temperatures and COVID Safety Questions. Our location has shield protectors, and text message notifications upon order completion to encourage social distancing. Previously in following local laws, we changed our policy for vaccinated individuals. Effective August 20th following updated guidelines masks are required for customers and staff regardless of vaccination status.
I ordered from the 47st location last week and the cashier refused to put on a mask. When I inquired why she wasn’t masked up she responded “They said we didn’t have to wear one”. Smh
Carryout only, social distancing, must have on a mask, and they have shield protectors up.
