Just search tor hotels while looking at fowntown, there is a bunch. They might not be right next door, but only a few vlocks away which all yhe blocks have sidewalks. Also good to note that there is a metro train that can get you pretty close to here if you want to get a cheaper hotel outside downtown but close to the train
