Always a great experience here. The staff is great, the building is beautiful, and the cast and crew never disappoint. The production level isn’t quite Broadway, but the talent is there!

You can call their number, press #4 and ask to pick up tickets at "Will Call". A gentleman named Anthony was wonderful helping us with this challenge. I had also called back to inquire about parking. He had my answers immediately. Excellent customer service. I'm confide they'll surely be glad to assist you as well with any needs.
There are elevators with operators. They seem slow but that's because the operators take every patrol to their floor. You'll be fine! Wheelchairs and transportation teams are available on demand, as well as transport to and from the parking garage. Enjoy the show!
I'm on public transit and I noticed their policy says they *may* not allow bookbags/backpacks. How strict are they on this policy? Will I be turned away if I have my backpack or just searched?

I've never brought a backpack but I did bring a big bag once. It will definitely be searched. And they would courteous and kind, so long as you're polite.

You can pull up to the front for valet or park in the parking garage across the street. Credit card or cash accepted at manned booth in parking garage. I haven't heard of purchasing parking any other way.
Sambuca, El Big Bad, Azuma, Birraporetti's
You have quite a few options there downtown if you give yourself time before the show. A matter of a few blocks drive is all.
TUTS is a local production, so I think yes, although it seems TUTS may host Broadway touring productions. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theatre_Under_The_Stars_(Houston)
With the exception of the lion king, I haven't noticed any young children. I'd call the hobby center. I'd never bring a child under 13 to anything not child centric. People pay a LOT of money for tickets, and I would never take a chance on disrupting their theatre experience.
