Personally speaking ,I was treated bad and left crying for hour during my full 2week stay after having two emergency surgeries 3days apart from each other.the C.N.A.s didn't do their job if I did half the stuff they did and or didn't do,I would be fired.I know this because I am one and I'm 55 yrs.old.I would live to go into details over hell they put me through .even put me in an old beat up room that stored chairs etc.freezing cold with a cracked window and no heat.
There is a director of nursing. Each floor in turn has a manager over seeing the unit.
