They are not efficient
Cuz the employees are playing around not serious about their work
Because they are slow don't care about the customers.
Because they was focused on the drive through
they have poor management with no conception of how a restaurant should be run. in my free time, I plan on reporting them to the Black McDonald's Association and corporate if there is no improvement.
How many people were in front of you? Maybe that's why?
