I would have have called them and let them know so next time you go there your item would have been free...
They will give you grade a A or F service depending on the day.
I go there fairly often. Usually they're good, but it's not perfect. Very busy most of the time. Food is good.
That's terrible. I hope you can get a snack soon. I'd take that empty container up there tomorrow and ask for a replacement item.
Glad to say i only ate there once. My good was fine.
