I paid $92 with Groupon, but I've seen recent deals from their Facebook posts of $99 for 2 people (which sells out quickly) Fingerprints are extra but you'll get the permit faster - probably for Christmas.
It was $99. I also paid the $55 for finger prints. Prints are not mandatory but it speeds up the process. I got my permit in 40 days.
