Really nice facility and good doctors and other staff. The facility services have declined. We endured over 70 minute wait times despite of booking ahead. Perhaps it's time to try other places.

My kids have seen pediatricians all over the state of California and in St Louis. This was our first time seeing one in Illinois and the physician Jennifer McNulty had the worst beside manner myself or my kids have ever experienced. The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. However the nurse seemed annoyed to be at work. Additionally the physician insisted my 3 year old had influenza but refused to test her for influenza in fear of a false negative result, yet sent her a prescription to treat influenza. Since when is medicine assumption based when the proper tests are available?? If you are going to be seen by Jennifer McNulty, don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else to be seen to be treated with respect and kindness.

We've visited this location twice in the past and had nothing but exemplary service, great staff, lovely, understanding doctors so if course we decided to go there when we needed flu shots. The receptionist refused to talk to us until we had scanned the qr code despite me asking if she wanted to know why we were there. Once we booked in we told her that we were there for flu shots and she said "we're not doing flu shots". She was curt and snarky the whole time. My husband even caught her sarcastic "you're welcome" as we left. Nope. Never again. Such a shame, this place used to be great.

They do take 24-72 hours to give the results. (Weekends excluded)

How is a visit billed? Is it billed as if it were like a "minute clinic" visit or is it billed like an ER visit (w/ER deductible)?

As an urgent care visit.
