I call ahead of time and when they say give them 30 minutes give them 45 minutes when you call ahead of time. You will be good you wait 5 minutes inside n they call you after you check in and tell them your here to pick up a call in.

Hello Susie, you can call the day you need your order. We open at 11:00 . That’s not true that we don’t start you order till you get there. You don’t pay for phone orders until it ready. I suggest you call as soon as we open and let us know what time you need it. Thanks have a great day.
Yes but calling in doesn't help the time. It's better to just go in because they don't start your order until you pay for it.
