Our new chat paths are a big improvement - thanks to Mike Strong landscaping and we have handicap parking for special events! Call ahead and we will do everything to make by our trek to the historic arb one to brag about!
It is becoming moreso over time. It used to be very very difficult to get anywhere if you were using a chair but definite incremental improvement is being made. I visited last summer and was able to get around through probably ¾ of the areas. It'll depend a lot on what model you're riding, what tire you're using and how recently it has rained. The natural areas can get very soft.
Not all areas are handicap accessible. Some paths are narrow and others have steps. There are a lot of grassy areas so if your power wheelchair isn't able to maneuver in this type of terrain it would be difficult.
