Definitely NO. There is a city Ordinance against alcohol on the beach. The only exception is in the seating area of the restaurant. They had signs posted last year advising patrons of the restaurant that all alcohol must be consumed in the restaurants enclosed seating area. All that being said, I have not been to the restaurant this year because it just recently opened under a new concessionaire. The view from my condo Leeds me to believe that they only have counter service, which probably indicates no alcohol is being sold. I hope I am wrong, because I really enjoyed a drink or two with a snack a couple of times a week while watching the parade (if you get what I mean). I will be checking it out soon and update this post.
