EDIT: WOW I was so surprised that the manager quickly responded to my review. Not every business is perfect and I'm glad to see that they are willing to fix any issues that they have . I will be giving this location another chance and applaud them for addressing the issue and trying to make it right. Thank you! Original:I started going to this laundromat when I moved in to the area. Today it was pack and I waited to get 2 laundry carts for the two 4load machines I was using. Which is expected on a busy day. My loads were about to finish and the attendant tried to take the cart I was using. I asked why and she said there are none available and the gentlemen near me needed it because I was not using it at the moment. I was a bit upset because my 2 machines were going to finish soon and it took me a while to get them. She actually took both carts and gave them to the gentlemen. Saying I will get u another one. She did eventually get me 1 cart but she had taken both of the ones I was using. I have never seen an attendant take a cart a person who was actually using. I thought this was rude. I understand taking a cart that no one using or been in one place for a long time. Not sure I will return again - Many other Laundromats in the area. The whole thing with the cart was just a plain disrespectful experience.

I like the place because it doesn't get very congested, but they should do maintenance and cleaning more often on the machines, especially the filters.

No. You have to use the LaundryCard from the Bubbleland where you purchase. For example you can only use a LaundryCard from Bubbleland on Western at Bubbleland on Western. You can add funds to your card using cash or any major credit card. #DoLaundryBetter

yes! The driver is very friendly and patient. I felt comfortable riding with my kids and my laundry.
You must purchase a washing card from them everything in there uses this card. You can use any of those methods you mentioned to purchase and load the card.
