Omg I called 4 hours straight in a row. No lies and the phone line stayed busy the entire time. Now when I get there no one I see is on the phone and to make matters worse the item I wanted was out. Ugh frustrated to the fullest

This location is definatey understaffed. I cant see how theyd have time to.answer phones when the lines are always long and the store is in disarray. Try going online first, choose the location then the item. Some stores will tell you if its "in stock" and how.many are left in the store. Also, ask them what day and time they recv the shipments.

That is a problem. Sometimes the shelves are empty with supplied stacked in the aisles waiting to be stacked on the shelves, unable to find what I need.
