Yes... But you may want to call the service desk or the store directly that you want to shop at. Just plan ahead because last year I went around the holidays, the parking lot was packed all the way to the off ramp of the expressway. So go early and get what you want and leave the area.
If you call the main number for Prime Outlets in Pleasant Prairie, you will get the information desk and they will give you the mall hours. All store are open Thanksgiving night from 6-midnight and then they all reopen at 6am to 10pm Black Friday. Saturday and Sundays hours are 9am to 10pm.
