Last time I asked they did not buy cards. They are in the process of getting some kind of kiosk that references tcgplayer however.
I do know they have a trade day, and a consiment area that you can sell your cards though them, I don't think they buy them directly from you. But I deal with sports side not Pokémon so I might be wrong.
