Has anyone known the drive thru to move very slowly, esp in the early to late evening? I once waited 45 min in line for a chicken wrap, only to be told at the window, it wasn't ready! I had to wait 15 min more in the designated drive thru slots.

yes i have as well experienced that but the work flow is less help...theyndont have many workers there sometimes only 3 so it could take sometime

Oh my goodness this line is taking 20 minutes for 2 drinks and four cars ahead of me. That's all. They are so super slow.

McDonald's is a busy place if there's too many people in line I suggest you go something to another one try going to McDonald's at hours between regular meals or you can park your car and go inside when I went inside I only had to wait about 5 minutes. My order and left maybe some people don't want to get out of the car because they have little kids and stuff like that

Why would it take that long? If it take that long the food was prepped from the shift before. And the cook isnt doing the orders in order

The wait time Mon thru Fri is under 3 mins from speaker to picking up your order. Weekends are very different. As an employee of that McDonald's I will be sure to do some talking about this uncalled for problem.

It all depends on how many orders are before you and the number of people of working

This last fall, I had a similar experience AGAIN (waited 45m in line for a cup of Joe). Asked how come it took sooo long when I got to window. Gal said car b4 me had ordered 18 cheeseburgers!! I called main office to complain. They said that shouldn't have happened
