I would say yes. They should always be accompanied by an adult. Because they serve alcohol, kids aren't admitted after 9 pm alone. I would call ahead for more info.

I've never had a problem with age requirements for movies that weren't R. It should say on the pass any restrictions
I would say yes. PG-13 indicates 13 yrs and up. If you're kids are under this age you may want to accompany them.
Since Black Panther is a PG-13 movie i would assume so. Call ahead of time to confirm with Studio Movie Grill though.
