What time does the normal free play kickin? I assumed at 12(midnight)-1am the date it says on the flyer, but its almost 2am and its not coming up. Confused! ☹ no employee knows either....

Hi Lindsay, Shawn is correct, rewards become available at the opening of Players club which is 9 a.m. Sorry none of the employees you spoke to knew this.

Generally, you have to play with your player's club card and earn 1 point. Then, customer service can initiate your free play.

Free play starts at 9am drove in from Dallas, stopped by en route to Indigo, hit High Winds7am, no love. Told me to come back at 9. Never been back

It's been awhile since I've been to High Winds but if I recall correctly you must have a card before customer service desk closes. If you have a card already customer service is also the only people that can activate it for you. So you want to use Monday's free play, you will have to wait till customer service opens again in the morning.
