The good. + 4 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 I love this theater. Best seats. Best popcorn. Great prices. I've been going here for years. The bad. - 1 🌟 Staff come and go over the years but this one kid (Bear?) acts like they are miserable. I have tried everytime to be friendly and engaging but they stare at you with zero expression and rarely smile. Also, they will not let you know if you have a reward and will charge you full price unless you ask them directly. Maybe he has been cursed by the magic of the movies 🎬

Chairs are great! But you don't get to pick your seat when you get there?!?! No first come first served.... What the heck! Spent $40 on tickets, got there early, just to have to sit in the front row as far to the side as possible.... really could there be worse seats 😒

We came to the theater to watch the new Spiderman and upon walking into the lobby there was Noone at the registers to help us and when we went to check around for someone the guy in the office was playing on his phone and had clearly seen us. He took his time to come out and was pretty rude about it. We got our drinks and snacks and headed in to watch our movie... 30 minutes after the movie was supposed to start the screen was still black. Another movie goer went to let them know the movie wasn't playing and had a similar experience trying to find someone to correct this. When they finally started the movie it didn't have sound for the first few minutes. Over all a pretty awful experience.
