There are free parking lots all.over Highland Park. Basically park in the downtown area and follow other people and you'll wind up at the Shuttle stops. There's a long wait to get on a shuttle, but there's also a long wait to pull out of the on site parking.
If you have to ride the shuttle, expect about an hour wait at the end of sold out shows to get back on the bus. They usually have 5-6 running
Paid parking in the Ravinia lot ($25). There is free parking in nearby lots with a free shuttle provided. If you want the paid parking lot, get there early as it fills up pretty fast.
