Constitutional law. We have freedoms in the US. You can't trample their rights because you don't like them. Frankly, your lack of concern is appalling

The real problem is there is no services for them. Or they are afraid to go to the shelter which should be addressed. Because seeing them and not doing anything is worse

They have the human right to stay at public places, they can beg someone for anything they need (money), the cops overthere or anywhere at US they know that, and they will ignore for them to do that if they are polite beggars. And one thing you pointed is they just sleep everywhere and you smell them like garbage, it has reason: homeless they dont have anything for the standard life: no home, no car, even though they have to beg everyday to get food, for them their appearances are just what you can see, some of them can get place at shuttle for homeless but some couldnot. They live the lives with disappointed, with none to lost, they need your help, if you could not, please let someone do that, they are people who are you brothers, your sisters, or at least like cops do, allow them to sleep inside the station, outside at this winter is so cold for us and for them too.

Like I said before they're not bothering nobody then there's nothing they won't do but unless they bother somebody and they will escort them out of the station
