If we're aren't into partying, not much into the nightlife...what besides seeing the bridge is there for us to do?

Quaint little shops downtown Havasu.

Plenty of shopping, water sports, golf, and a nice boat ride to the casino

Boat or jetski. Nice beaches to hang out out. Nice park at ths beach. Golf courses. Nice restraunts on ths water. You can also pay $10 and catch a boat to the casino on the water. Or drive there. Boat comes in front oc hotel. Theres also downtown lake havasu, close by. Also some sight seeing
