I just bought a Shield EZ 9mm, while reassembling the slider got stuck and will not come off or slide fully back. tried to remove and reassemble but it just will not come off. Have you ever encounter this? and how to fix it, if you have?

Might be your slide lock lever spring coming out of it's groove. You'd be able to see it on the left hand side of the gun between the frame and slide. It's a shiny wire looking piece. You might be able to disassemble the gun of you push the spring in towards the center of the gun while moving the slide forward and off.

Haven’t seen that problem. Bring it in, we’ll take a look at it
