I found a tiny kitten out in the street and on the side was mom dead. I couldnt just leave the kitten there so i brought it to my place. But i cant care for it because of my dogs. Whats the latest its open to take it over?

They close at 4pm to the public. I would call first thing in the morning at around 8am and tell them what your situation is.
