How am I going to pay that amount for some kittens I found on the street? That's why there are so many stray cats

Amazing cat, (and a few dogs and peacocks). sanctuary! They have amazing services; a hospice house, a senior cat house, vet hospital, spay and neuter clinics and, a nursery for kittens. Tours are by appointment, and it's a long drive from the bay area but, having a few dozen cats vying for loves is worth the trip 🥰

Omg I just called them to help with a cat that we recused, she has had 2 litters of kittens, so I called to see if they could help. I did my research and watched their YouTube page they say they take senior cat and everything well the owner was so rude and totally made us feel like because the mom cat had 2 liters that it was our fault.. look I’m just trying to help a needy cat and you guys make you rescue sound like it an amazing place. I’m just trying to help these poor kitties. Lynea the owner was so rude and completely disrespectful.. I will never take anmial there nor help in anyway with this organization.. if you don’t have compassion for people trying to help, how can you have compassion for cats.

Lovely spot for sweet feral cats and some dogs

I have a mom and 4 kittys she been living under my front porch i have three dogs and cant keep them can you help me please i dont what them to go to the spic because i dont what to see then killed .
Yes
I've got 5 calco cats I've been feeding I'm homeless and don't know what to do with them
You should call them when they open tomorrow and ask I am sure they will help you out just not sure how much it will be.
Please call
All of their kittens are $65 (or 2 for $100) and their adult cats (over a year old) are $35. They come spayed or neutered and have all of their shots up to date.
They are not a vet services company, simply a cat rescue. However, they may be able to recommend a low cost spay location. Send them an email through the website.
In-person and by appts only. I would love to go there but can't fly the distance. You can sponsor a 🐈 😻 to help out or until you can physically be there. This way the animal you choose to sponsor won't be adopted out. Sort of like virtual fostering... Always contact them to make an appt. first...
Best to call them directly. They say and neuter pets before adopting them out. However, I don't think they spay cats for the public, but they might.
Most likely they will all be wild and unless you handle them and often they maybe hard to catch to find them all homes.
Might be able to. Depending on what level. I would call them
Every cat is already spayed and neutered and given immunizations. The total price can vary. It's best to give them a call.
Maybe check their website. There is probably a form to fill out.
The cats are spayed and neutered. They are also dewormed and current with vaccinations. The cats are very well taken care of and the facility is amazing!
It is hard to turn over cats. Depending on your situation the owner may work something out with the owner. I was fortunate to get my adopted cat fixed and boarder while she nursed her kittens. 5 total were turned over. Thank God because we had 6 cats already and four more kittens at home.
Hi, if you have an approved application from the website, done in advance, yes. The application approval lasts three months. They recommend having that first because the cats change so rapidly, the one you notice online might not be there when you finally get approved.
No
You would need to contact them directly. Go to their website for contact info. and hours of operation. They rely on donations and fundraisers to operate. Bearing in mind they have hundreds of animals within their property/sanctuary. I do not believe they trap, fix, and release; they help their kitties get adopted. Feral cats aren't adoptable. Kittens maybe be a different story. If they cannot help, they may be able to refer you to a different organization who can.
Yes, I went on June 2nd and it's by appt only . Masks required
Do you still have them?
They often have kittens available for adoption at Petco on Blackstone Ave. in Fresno.
We dropped 2 adoptable feral Kittens off on 11/28/2020. Not sure about adult cats.
They do
Please call them directly
I applied and was turned down i think it was because i had an inside dog. If they deny you they dont tell you why. 😖
Should be .
No they are not animal control
They open at 1pm you can call them but the policy is usually 5k per cat although they might work something out with you as the owner is very reasonable.Good luck I hope it works out for you and the cats God bless you.
I am not sure. I would give them a call if I was you to verify.
They don't have a Dr on staff but if they have funding they will send you to a clinic to have it done call them and ask if they have funding. They helped me a few weeks back with my dog.
Not very often you would have to call them as everything is a case by case bases with this place L.
Our oldest cat lived to be 21..... we have several in their late teens now..... it all depends on how well you take care of them, their genetics, and sometimes simple dumb luck! Give them all the love and foodies you can and they should live a wonderful full life!! Our biggest saddest curse is that we're all destined to outlive our furrbuddies.... that is just the way of things.... so show them that they are loved every day and make them as happy as possible and they'll remember you when you finally cross over!!
Do the responsible thing and spay and neuter
The Website should have it in display.
If you need to rescue cats or kittens you would need to call a rescue group near the area of the rescue. They usually don't rescue out of the state of California. If you have a cat that needs lifetime care that might be different. You would need to contact them regarding the possibility for placement.
I don't think anyone is shipping a cat to Nigeria.
Please do not declaw your cat, that is like having your finger tips cut off. It can be very painful and they can have lots of problems afterward.
They don't have a donation number. You just put in their name on the page for donations. They also have a Amazon wish list that you can find on their web page.
They charge $5000. for you to send your cat to them in a forever home type setting. Can you make a post up on Facebook or send me the information and pictures and I will make a post and share on Facebook to many cat lovers. Right now is a bad time to rehome due to kitten season.
They close at 4pm to the public. I would call first thing in the morning at around 8am and tell them what your situation is.
They don't take cats unless you pay 5k per cat.
5k per animal is what I hear they charge.
They charge 5k maybe to take in a cat..... maybe not so much for a temp boarding..... call and ask before you believe random people here!
$35/cat $65/kitten ($100 for 2)All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for fleas and ear mites, microchipped and litter-box trained prior to adoption. Adoption fees help to offset rescue
Do try and catch the mom and dad to be fixed. Some counties have free space/neuter.
If they walk in but not if dropped off.If dropped off it cost you.
Yes you can and they will be safe they have the biggest fenced area for them to roam.
Oh YES!! I could live there surrounded by kitties!!!
Call first and make arrangements!!
Check there web site, but I believe it's $5000 and they will except installments
Not even close to The Cat House on the Kings. But, the fires have devastated the affected areas badly.
Nowhere close to the fires. This place is on the central San Juaquin Valley... no forests.
Yes, check the web site
You gotta call and make an appointment first
Make sure your home is Kitty cat friendly. Dogs, other cats, ,,have all supplies ready, n ask questions about kitty background. Cat house on the Kings is the best ever. Oh n make sure your ready to give lots of love, ear scratches, belly rubs, etc
Free
You will need to contact them directly www.cathouseonthekings.com
I watched the videos and have read the comments. Thank-you very much for the kind and supportive responses. However, nothing has been answered about cats with herpes having their own space and being separated. I understand that herpes isn't as devastating to cats as the other 2 illnesses but it is still transferable and not cureable.
Hello, I just saw your question in regards to The Cat House On The Kings. I have dealt with them personally. They are a life time sanctuary for ferals and/or strays that have not been fortunate enough to have been adopted out. I was forced to moved due to no fault of my own and I had four ferals who were socialized by me. I tried everything possible to find them a forever home with someone who would love and care for them as I did. When I couldn't find a home or a rescue group, I kept them with me in my home for about 15 yrs. A rescue group recommended The Cat House. There is a process you have to go thru such as getting them tested for any diseases, shots and microchipped before they will take them. I don't know what their situation is like as far as if they can take more in or not. Best to call and talk to them. They are so wonderful. There are hundreds of cats with food, meds if needed for the rest of their life. The owner is AWESOME!!! I hoped this helped, good luck.
Contact them directly. Are you in Fresno Or that area? There are other resources too. you can pm me by messenger and I have a list But the fastest way would be a go fund me or ask for help over the internet. Alot of people have been able to get their Bill's either paid or almost paid.
They would like a donation in the process. It is a worthwhile cause
Im pretty sure that many can be available for adoption. They have requirements that you can inquire with the facility.🐈
You can take kittens, but be prepared to be lectured on not getting your cat fixed.
5000 a lot because it has to to be fed and make room for it give it meds for the rest of his life
There are no laws adressing transporting cats , but I'm sure there are local shelters you can get a cat at
Wow Nathan. I foster for the Cat House and you have no idea what your talking about. These cats, kittens and even dogs are taken very good care of. The people that work there go to the ASPCA to rescue cats from being euthanized. Does this sound like unethical practices? She has given up her beautiful home to the cats and now lives in a trailer. Does this sound unethical? Before you spread terrible rumors you should do your reshearch.
You should contact them directly. This isn't their actual site.
The unnamed cats are like the others, except that they had no idea anymore what name to give them. So I guess you can help them as well as the others.
You need to call for an appointment. They have limited hours for visitors. If you are wanting to adopt, you need to fill out the application online before you visit. They are very nice there but they do have a protocol. Say hi to the kitties for me!
