Is there a diagnosis charge, and what is your success rate with the blue light repair on PS 4? Also, I have a small external hard drive that will not connect, do they service those as well?

They will look at it and give you a free quote. Not sure about the hard drive.

We offer free diagnostic, bring it by our shop when you get a chance, we can check your hdd as well, we only need the system nothing else
