Did this jack in the box get new management because everybody has been so nice. I got my food on time and it tasted really good.

This place is going down hill bad! The last 2 times we have been there the tacos were horrible. 1 time they tasted spoiled and the 2nd time they tasted burnt as if the oil was old, which I know it was because there was balck specks all over the tacos which is the residue at the bottom of the fryer. This was my go to jack but idk what's going that they are not caring about quality anymore.

Food over priced slow service and is always cold I wish they close this one down cause they are trash food had mixed food in it bad business
