Do you think you can get Diane some customer service training ? I’ve been eating there for years and I recently attempted to order and had the worst ordering experience ever by a woman who was short and rushed my order. Was rude and hung up on me .

Our apologies for your experience.There is always room for improvement for sure.In her defense she has been working with us for decades.We can honestly say she is very good and very conscientious about her treatment of her customers.Please be mindful that we are all human and some days are tough for all of us. Outgoing orders are tough because time is of the essence ; if you are not ready she may seem abrupt because others are waiting on front of her. Diane always give that attitude. Been going there for year, even as a child with my dad. Not sure why i go back but it sure isnt for it customer service.

Omg I thought it was just me who thought Diane was just rude n abrupt.. then it seemed she was getting better.. I went n Monday for coffee n her n that attitude was back at it... idk maybe b/c she’s been working there for years... idk but I just go there for coffee... I work too hard to spend my $ with rude people... coffee n that’s it
