Oklahoma does not honor out of state licenses, and they have posted hours of noon-5 on Sundays. Hope this helps!
No we do not accept Arkansas licenses. But you can get a 30-day temporary Oklahoma license by visiting www.omma.ok.gov the process is really simple just be sure to follow the regulations about the pictures.
